  13. My Cardinal 28.8 never seems to hangup when it hits a busy signal
  14. while trying to connect.  The Internet provider has "voice mail"
  15. turned on, so when a busy signal is reached, a voice message comes on
  16. to tell you to press "5" to leave a vioce message......anyways, my
  17. 28.8 doesn;t seem to want to hang up and redial.  I've looked at all
  18. the settings, and it seems to be OK........HELP !!! (its a real pain).
